"Why don't I get any discounts on my order or at least a cash discount if I have to pay the invoice within a few days of receiving the goods?"
We sell the highest quality products with very successful recipes at fairly calculated prices. Other manufacturers calculate prices higher from the start and can then offer generous discounts or deliver free shipping. We could of course also make the individual containers correspondingly more expensive and then give every customer a discount or deliver free shipping for orders over EUR 20, but this does not correspond to our concept and our understanding of transparency. Most of our customers are repeat customers who appreciate the quality of our products. We're just a little different... unlike many others, we hardly do any advertising (which the customer has to pay for in the end), but grow exclusively through positive feedback from satisfied customers and their healthy dogs. We are convinced of our products and work every day with a lot of joy and motivation for our four-legged friends and their owners. It is very important to us that our customers are satisfied with us. So far we haven't been able to bring ourselves to participate in the usual "bargain hunting" and increase prices so that customers end up paying the same with the corresponding discounts and feel better about it?! We hope that we were able to explain our slightly different concept to you and that you or your four-legged friend(s) continue to be satisfied with our products!
Classification: We, LupoVet, are not just now aware of our environmental responsibility and have been constructively working on this issue on a daily basis for many years.
LupoVet is a rather small company and, after research, now knows how difficult it is to implement existing political-economic guidelines/processes as expected by society. We use ALL the goods that are supposed to be protected hygienically, which is therefore extremely important! Packaging materials = recyclable materials (paper products, petrochemical products such as "plastic", glass...), constantly and increasingly optimizing in the ongoing overall consideration.
We stock different box sizes that cover 98% of orders well with the least possible filling material (e.g. for 1x5kg, 1x14 kg, 2x 14 kg.....).
Unfortunately, paper packaging often gets damaged during transport. The plastic film that is generated in the company anyway (we charge large amounts for its disposal, free of charge for the end user) is very suitable for filling cavities and absorbing pressure. We also use corrugated and shredded cardboard. Depending on the requirements/necessary packaging size, we always choose the most suitable box available and the filling material that best protects the contents. We ask you as the end consumer to accept them (paper scraps, plastic balls, cardboard torn pieces, etc.) and continue to use them or to integrate them into the established goods circulation/recycling system (paper bin/yellow bag) in a 100% sorted manner. More is simply not possible at the moment...
In a spirit of social and ecological responsibility, we reject the purchase of additional filling material, but instead rely exclusively on the reuse of recyclable materials that are generated in the company anyway.
Our overall demanding primary packaging (dimensions, breakage, completely irrelevant dents that are repeatedly not accepted by customers, hygiene, recycled material) are constantly put to the test in the overall view (e.g. food works in the paper bag, tablets/oils don't...) and tough but still - of course also customer-oriented/reasonable - further optimized if suppliers are available at all.
